Undertaking both residential and commercial moves, South Manchester Movers needed a clear concise logo. The logo needed to be easily recognisable on all marketing literature and vehicle livery. Simple, bright and effective. The moving company also took many enquiries and generated a great deal of interest from people who had seen a company lorry enroute.
Giggleswick School is a co-educational boarding and day school situated in the stunning rural location of the Yorkshire Dales. Open Creative were approached to produce a commerative logo for the schools 500th anniversary in 2012. Founded in 1512, Giggleswick School claims to be one of the oldest public schools in existence.
The new logo compliments the renowned Giggleswick School crest and was inspired by the unusual design of the school chapel. Work began on the new school chapel in 1897 and was a gift from local landowner and school governor Walter Morrison. The building was designed to Morrison’s unusual specifications: a Gothic building with a dome, designed to fit into the surrounding landscape as naturally as possible.
